Helix Life Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us!  We will work with you to help solve any issues you may experience concerning your order.

HelixLife International LLC warrants the quality of its products and will exchange any damaged or defective merchandise.  HelixLife offers a 30-day, 100%, money-back refund on merchandise* sold to Retail Customers directly by IP and to Preferred Customers who purchase online through an official HelixLife website. IPs are also offered a 30-day, 100%, money-back guarantee on merchandise* when returned to the company in like-new, re-saleable condition.  Repeat orders are not eligible for refunds.  Orders older than 30 days are not refundable. 

Problems with Shipments

Any problem with the receipt of your order, including but not limited to, failure to receive the product, improper sealing, damage to the container, quality of the internal product, and/or receipt of wrong product, must be reported to Helix Life within 30 days of shipment date.  If your package is received damaged, do not discard the packaging.  Instead, document the damage with photos.  If you do not notify support@helixlife.com of an issue within the 30-day time frame, refunds or exchanges will not be given.

Customers

If within 30 days of the original purchase, you are not completely satisfied with any product* purchased directly from HelixLife.com via our website, you may contact support@helixlife.com to obtain an RMA to return the unused portion of the product (along with a copy of your Purchase Receipt which was emailed to you at the time of purchase) for a full exchange, refund or credit toward another Helix Life product (less shipping and handling charges). Return shipping paid by customer.  No refunds will be issued for returned product without a return authorization.  Repeat orders are not eligible for refunds.

Promoters

If within 30 days of the original purchase, you are not completely satisfied with any product*, you may contact support@helixlife.com to obtain an RMA to return the unused portion of the product (along with a copy of your Purchase Receipt which was emailed to you at the time of purchase) for a full exchange, refund or credit on your Helix Life account (less shipping and handling charges).  Repeat orders are not eligible for refunds. Refunds over $50 will be grounds for Involuntary Cancellation of your promoter account.   

*Helix Energizer return is limited to within 14 days of the original purchase.

All refunds are made by company check and are mailed via First Class Mail to original purchaser as shown on the corresponding Order.

No Returns will be accepted for ANY product without a return authorization.  Return authorizations may be obtained only from support@helixlife.com.

No refunds will be processed for ANY product until the package has been returned to us at Helix Life Int’l, LLC, 2246 NC Highway 62 N, Blanch, NC 27212.  Shipping – and any insurance – on returns is the responsibility of the purchaser.

How to Ship an Authorized Return

Freight pre-paid returns can be shipped using whichever carrier is most convenient for you.  We suggest you use a service that provides insurance and tracking information as Helix Life is not responsible for return while in transit. Any package returned to Helix Life without an RMA Number on the outside of the box may be refused (returned at sender’s expense) and may result in a refund not being issued.  Return to us at Helix Life Int’l, LLC, 2246 NC Highway 62 N, Blanch, NC 27212.

Helix Life International LLC reserves the right to deny any return.

Accounts will be credited following the receipt, inspection and approval of returned products. All refunds are made by company check and are mailed via First Class Mail to original purchaser as shown on the corresponding Order.

All returns, refunds and exchanges will be refunded or exchanged based upon U.S. Dollar. Helix Life International LLC is not responsible for fluctuating exchange rates. Federal banking law dictates that credit must be applied to the card it was originally charged on.
