Helix Life Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us!  We will work with you to help solve any issues you may experience concerning your order.

HelixLife International LLC warrants the quality of its products and will exchange any damaged or defective merchandise.  HelixLife offers a 30-day, 100%, money-back refund on merchandise* sold to Retail Customers directly by IP and to Preferred Customers who purchase online through an official HelixLife website. IPs are also offered a 30-day, 100%, money-back guarantee on merchandise* when returned to the company in like new re-saleable condition. 

Problems with Shipments

Any problem with the receipt of your order, including but not limited to, failure to receive the product, improper sealing, damage to the container, quality of the internal product, and/or receipt of wrong product, must be reported to Helix Life within 30 days of shipment date.  If you package is received damaged, do not discard the packaging.  If you do not notify support@helixlife.com of an issue within this time frame, refunds or exchanges will not be given.

Customers

If within 30 days of the original purchase, you are not completely satisfied with any product* purchased directly from HelixLife.com via our website, you may contact support@helixlife.com to obtain an RMA to return the unused portion of the product (along with a copy of your Purchase Receipt which was emailed to you at the time of purchase) for a full exchange, refund or credit toward another Helix Life product (less shipping and handling charges). Return shipping paid by customer.  No refunds will be issued for returned product without a return authorization.

Promoters

If within 30 days of the original purchase, you are not completely satisfied with any product*, you may contact support@helixlife.com to obtain an RMA to return the unused portion of the product (along with a copy of your Purchase Receipt which was emailed to you at the time of purchase) for a full exchange, refund or credit on your Helix Life account (less shipping and handling charges). Your promoter account will then be subject to 6 months suspension.

*Helix Energizer return is limited to within 14 days of the original purchase.

General Facts About ALL Refunds

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for refunds to fully process.

No Returns will be accepted for ANY product without a return authorization.  Return authorizations may be obtained from support@helixlife.com.

No refunds will be processed for ANY product until the package has been returned to us at Helix Life Int’l, LLC, 2246 NC Highway 62 N, Blanch, NC 27212.  Shipping – and any insurance – on returns is the responsibility of the purchaser.

How to Ship an Authorized Return

Freight pre-paid returns can be shipped using whichever carrier is most convenient for you.  We suggest you use a service that provides insurance and tracking information as Helix Life is not responsible for return while in transit. Any package returned to Helix Life without an RMA Number on the outside of the box may be refused (returned at sender’s expense) and may result in a refund not being issued.  Return to us at Helix Life Int’l, LLC, 2246 NC Highway 62 N, Blanch, NC 27212.

Helix Life International LLC reserves the right to deny any return.

Accounts will be credited following the receipt, inspection and approval of returned products. It usually takes 1-2 billing cycles for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

All returns, refunds and exchanges will be refunded or exchanged based upon U.S. Dollar. Helix Life International LLC is not responsible for fluctuating exchange rates. Federal banking law dictates that credit must be applied to the card it was originally charged on.
